These Terms and Conditions apply to muureapp.com and the Muure App membership, both operated by Muure App LLC, San Diego, California. By using the website or creating a Muure App account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the app.

Your account

To access Muure App you create an account using your email address. Please provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Subscription and billing

Muure App is a subscription service. Pricing, trial length and billing terms are shown before any payment is taken. Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period and is charged to your chosen payment method.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us at connect@muureapp.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Nature of the content

Muure App provides general wellbeing content such as guided meditations, relaxing audio, breathing exercises and mood tracking. It is not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice and is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line.

Intellectual property

The website, the app and their content are owned by or licensed to Muure App LLC. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the content for non-commercial purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or the app, share your account, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorised access or use them for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website and the app are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
